Most returns require that the product be returned to us. At our discretion, a refund or store credit may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, American Pet may not require the product be returned.
We do not issue refunds, store credits or replacements on replacement orders.
In very few extenuating circumstances, we may agree to a return more than 14 days after receipt; return shipping cost would be the customer's responsibility.
