Return/Refund Policy:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase we're happy to send you a replacement (of equivalent value) or issue you a store credit or refund when reported within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

We do not issue refunds, store credits or replacements on replacement orders.

We reserve the right to limit refunds, store credits, and replacements.
